Welcome to AMPAC - the AMA's bipartisan political action committee. As the single voice for physicians on the national political scene, AMPAC has been leading the way since 1961. With the help of over 40,000 members - and the active involvement of physicians and state medical society PACs across the country, AMPAC was ranked as the 4th most effective PAC by National Journal magazine in 2004.

AMPAC represents members of the AMA, state and county medical societies, their families, and medical society staffs. If you are a member of the AMA or a state medical society and want more information about AMPAC, please enter your Medical Education number in the login box. Your ME # can be located on your American Medical Association membership card or on your AMNews mailing label.

If you are unable to locate your ME #, please call AMA Member Services Center at (800) 262-3211.
